Participants from non-EU countries are kindly asked to check the visa information. The list of countries whose citizens are required to possess visa to travel to Member States of the European Union (for example India or Russian federation) can be found here.
Participants who do need a visa for the Czech Republic / Schengen Area should fill the applications at diplomatic missions of the Czech Republic in their country. For a list of diplomatic missions of the Czech Republic click here.
For an invitation letter please ask Marie Pažoutová from the Organizing Committee; in case of need we can provide an Invitation authorized by Alien Police (the fee is 300 CZK).
